Dr. Elizabeth Prokop is originally from McKinney, Texas.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University. She then attended Oklahoma State University for her veterinary degree.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her horse Casino, scuba diving and watching Aggie football.
