CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that schedules change, but if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we do ask that you please give us a 24hr notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. If the appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled within 24hrs and you are a new client, the deposit that was collected to schedule the appointment will be forfeited and we will need to collect deposits for all future appointments. For current clients, we will need to start collecting deposits for any future appointments. The deposit is a $60 fee that will be applied as a credit to your account.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and it is 24hrs prior, we can either keep the credit on your account or we can refund the credit back to the credit card.
